Kontakt.io platform planned maintenance - no downtime, just data processing lags could be increased.
Please be advised that the Kontakt.io services have a scheduled maintenance upgrade.
Time: Planned Start Time: Tue, 14 Aug 2023 6 AM GMT (2 AM EST) Planned End Time: Tue, 14 Aug 2023 10 AM GMT (4 AM EST)
Impacted Services: Compute REST API (Telemetry, Positions, Occupancy) and Streams API (Telemetry, Positions, Violations (Policy Foundry)), Apps, Streaming API, Device Management.
Customer and Data Impact: Access to the Kio Cloud will not be affected. The processing of telemetry, location, and occupancy data will be impacted, but only very briefly during our maintenance update.
