Please be advised that the Kontakt.io services have a scheduled maintenance upgrade.

Planned Start Time: Sat, 22 Apr 2023 6 AM GMT (2AM EST)
Planned End Time: Sat, 22 Apr 2023 10 AM GMT (6 AM EST)

Impacted Services:
Compute REST API (Telemetry, Positions, Occupancy) and Streams API (Telemetry, Positions, Violations (Policy Foundry)), Apps, Streaming API, Device Management.

Customer and Data Impact:
Access to the Kio Cloud will be temporarily unavailable (about 10 minutes during the maintenance window). This means that users will not be able to sign in to Kio Cloud during this maintenance period.

The processing of telemetry, location, and occupancy data will be impacted, but only very briefly during our maintenance update.
