Please be advised that the Kontakt.io services have a scheduled maintenance upgrade.

Impacted Services:
Compute REST API (Telemetry, Positions, Occupancy) and Streams API (Telemetry, Positions, Violations (Policy Foundry)).

Customer and Data Impact:
Access to the Kio Cloud web apps and partially REST API will be temporarily unavailable (about 30 minutes during the maintenance window). This means that users will not be able to sign in to Kio Cloud during this maintenance period.

However, the processing of telemetry, location, and occupancy data should not be impacted.
