Please be advised that the Kontakt.io services have scheduled maintenance because of underlying service migration.

Time:
Planned Start Time: Thu, 5th Oct 2023 6:30 AM GMT (1:30 AM EST)
Planned End Time: Thu, 5th Oct 2023 8:30 AM GMT (3:30 AM EST)

Impacted Services:
All services.

Customer and Data Impact:
During the maintenance period, for one hour, parts of the platform will be turned to read-only mode. This is:
- Write operations will not be possible (API calls will fail with 503 error), among others this includes:
- Updating devices
-Devices deployed in Smart Location or via Mobile App during migration process won’t be marked as DEPLOYED in DM
- Creating and applying configs
- Claiming orders
- Provisioning Portal Lights
- User registration
- User password reset
- Read operations should be possible throughout the whole operation
- Eddystone EID resolution should be possible throughout the whole operations
- Users should still be able to log in into the system
All of the above also applies to Kio Setup Manager

This scheduled maintenance affected: DCC (Order Claiming, Order Management), Policy Foundry (Policy Foundry App, Violations REST API, Violations Stream API), Device Management (Device Management App, Device Management API, Ephemeral ID Trusted Resolver), Telemetry (Telemetry REST API, Telemetry Stream API), Positions (Positions REST API, Positions Stream API), Mobile (Kio Setup Manager), Smart Location, User Management, and Kio Apps (IV Pump, Asset Tracker, Workspace Insights).
